ONE-HALF OF YOUR 2008 – 09 SUPPLY FEE ($187.50) was due last Thursday, May 1.

SCHOOL SURVEY—If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to complete the online survey that was sent home last week. We need your input. If you have questions please call Debbie Stalter.

ALL STUDENTS IN GRADES K – 6 are to wear blue denim jeans and a plain red, plain white, or plain blue polo shirt for the program on Friday evening, May 23, at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Jeans must not be frayed or patched; absolutely no shorts or sweatpants. Thank you.

REFRESHMENTS for Awards’ Night will be in the gym following the program. Families with last names A – M provide sandwiches, chips/dip, veggies, cheese/crackers, etc., and families with last names N – Z provide cookies, brownies, etc. FINGER FOODS ONLY – NO FOODS THAT REQUIRE EATING UTENSILS!

GOLF TOURNAMENT is set for May 30th. We need volunteers. An email was sent with complete details. Contact Debbie Stalter if you can help.

SPRING PORTRAITS were to have been returned or paid for by today. If you have not returned them, please do so by tomorrow.

END OF THE YEAR WORK DAY is set for Friday, May 23 after the awards ceremony or Saturday, May 24. Saturday will be divided into two shifts: 6:00 – 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 – 12:00 p.m. There will be no make-up days scheduled. Please plan your calendar accordingly. The fee to buyout or if you do not show is $150. Please call or email the office by Friday, May 9th , to let us know which shift you’ll be taking.

COIN COLLECTION—In light of suggestions made at the last association meeting, we now have a bucket in the office to collect spare change. All coins collected will go toward the Healthcare Benefit Campaign.
RE-ENROLLMENT for next fall continues. Have you returned your re-enrollment form to reserve your child’s place in the classroom?

END OF THE YEAR ACCOUNTS need to be made current by May 12. Account statements will go home Wednesday. All remaining fundraising fees, cleaning and/or workday buyouts, capital campaign pledges and past due tuition and fees as well as extended care balances need to be turned in to the school office by Monday, May12. Remember all accounts must be current in order to receive your child’s records at the end of the year. (Tuition was due May 1st).
